Making an Order, Payment & Order Changes

Question 1 : I wish to order some balloons for my event. How do I make an order?
Please complete the contact form from CONTACT US section and advise us the details of your event. Our Virtual Assistant will get back to you within 24 hours to confirm your event and order details, and will provide a quote for what you need.

Question 2 : I have already provided all details of my event and wishes to go ahead with my order. How do I proceed from here?
To close your event date, a minimum $50 deposit (non-refundable) paid through electronic fund transfer (EFT) is required and the balance will be paid either in cash or EFT on the day of your event before Annalisa installs the balloons onsite. If no deposit has been paid a week before your event, we reserve the right not to proceed with your balloon request. All payment details will be provided in the Invoice or Confirmation Order that will be sent to your email or private message either on Facebook or Instagram.

Question 3 : I have already paid my deposit and would like to add other balloons in my order. Can I still do that?
Yes, of course. You may add other balloon arrangements in your existing order at least 7 days before your event date. This will give us enough time to prepare your balloons and ensure we meet your other specifications and requirements.

Question 4 : I made a mistake with my order and wanted to cancel some balloons in my order.
No worries as you can still make a change in your order at least 7 days before your event date. Just get in touch with our team and advise us which balloons you wish to remove and/or add from your order.

Question 5 : We have a change in our circumstance and unable to proceed with our order. Can we still move our event on a different date?
Yes, you may move your event on a different date. Please get in touch with us as soon as you can and we will check our Event Calendar for availability. We will always work around your schedule and ensure we deliver what you need for your event.

Question 6 : I made a mistake with my order details online. How can I correct my order?
To ensure we have your correct event and order details, our Virtual Assistant will get in touch with you either through mobile or email within 24 hours of receiving your request. Please ensure you provide us your best contact number and email address so we have a way to get in touch with you and confirm your order.

Question 7 : Until what time am I able to place my order for delivery or pickup within the week?
For balloon orders on weekdays, we would require at least 3 days notice to process your order. For weekend event setups, please get in touch with us at least 3-4 weeks before your event date. Only those event dates secured with a deposit will be prioritised for delivery and setup within the week.

Question 8: Do you have a secured payment system?
Yes, we do. When purchasing from us your financial details are passed through a secure server using the latest 1024-bit SSL (secure sockets layer) encryption technology. 1024-bit SSL encryption is approximated to take at least one trillion years to break, and is the industry standard. No credit card information is stored by this website. All credit card information is processed by PayPal and therefore complies with the strict privacy laws, and security policies.

Design, Planning, & Setup

Question 1 : Can anyone help me design a personalised balloon arrangement for my event?
If you are after a personalised balloon arrangement, our team will be more than happy to assist in designing and planning your balloon setup. Please complete our contact form from CONTACT US section and provide us all details of your event. Our Virtual Assistant will get in touch with you within 24 hours to discuss the details of your event including the design you are after.

Question 2 : Will you be available to do a site visit to discuss the design and balloons to be used for my event?
Yes, we can definitely set a site visit to ensure we deliver what you need for your event. Please complete our contact form and our Virtual Assistant will check our Event Calendar for availability and schedule a site visit.

Question 3 : I have booked props from different vendors for my event. Will you be able to work with them?
Yes, will be glad to work with your other vendors. As soon as we have the final details of your event, we will get in touch with your other vendors so we may sync our setup time with theirs and deliver prior to the start of your event.

Question 4 : How long will my balloons last?
For single balloons filled with helium, they will last for up to a week. For bigger balloon setups such as a half arch, full arch and personalised balloon features; they will last for up to a week depending on weather condition. Some of our previous clients advised that their balloon setups lasted more than 4 weeks!

Refund & Return Policy

Question 1 : We have a change in circumstance and wish to cancel our order. When can I have a refund for my deposit?
We always endeavor to work within your budget, requirements, and specifications. Should you have any change in your order or wish to move your event date, please get in touch with us as soon as you can and we will check availability in our Event Calendar. For orders closed 2-3 months before the event date, a refund of your deposit can be done if cancellation of order is requested 4 weeks before your event date. For orders closed 2 weeks before the event date, a refund of your deposit can be made 7 days before the event date. If you would like to inquire about your options for a refund, please contact us through our contact form.

Question 2 : What if I changed my mind and I do not wish to proceed with my order 2 weeks before my event?
We pre-order the balloons we will use for event setups 2 weeks before any event installation. This helps us ensure we can capture any change in your order before your event date. Preparing balloons will also require time, effort, and additional staff especially for big orders. Hence, we would want to ensure we have your order in place as early as possible.
For customers who changed their mind or placed a balloon request or order online in error, you must notify us of a change of mind return 4 weeks before your order date. We will then refund your deposit within 1-3 business days. If you changed your mind within 2-3 weeks of your event date, no refund is applicable. Please contact us if you would like to cancel your order and we will discuss the matter with you. Please keep in mind that it is not a requirement of a retailer to accept a refund for change of mind, it is a gesture of goodwill.

Question 3 : I received a gift voucher from a friend and would like to convert it in cash. Is it possible?
A gift certificate or voucher is not refundable and non-convertible to cash. It must be redeemed or used within the period indicated on it. We will not refund any gift voucher purchased by the original purchaser past the 30 day return policy due to a change of mind nor honour those past the expiration date unless required by law. Please get in touch with us if you have any concern with your gift voucher.

Pricing

How much do you charge for balloons?
Our pricing for balloons will depend on the type of balloons you requested, length, type of balloons to be used (standard, double stuffed, chrome, or foil), and the number of balloons to be used. The pricing will be different for each balloon arrangement and any other accessories added in the setup (i.e. flowers, paper honeycombs, leaves, etc.) will incur additional cost.
